1)      How to register to be a Micro Volunteer for LEBTOP ?

2)      Anonymity – Will the LEBTOP Users/learners know my Number ?

No. We forwards the calls received on the LEBTOP number to our microvolunteers. Thus users do not have access to your number. However, Micro-Volunteers can give their contact details to a learner on a call at their own discretion. 

3)      Call Duration – How long should a conversation on LEBTOP be?

A good conversation of 10 -15 mins is expected from Micro-Volunteers. 

4)      Call charges – Will Micro-Volunteers be charged for talking to LEBTOP users?

No. Micro-Volunteers will receive calls on their number at the time specified by them and thus they do not have to call and pay any phone charges.

5)      Rate callers – How do I grade Callers or give them a score/rating ?

Send us a Watsapp message or an SMS about the grade/score you intend to give the caller. Rate the callers on a scale of 1 – 10. This helps us track the improvement of a user.

6)      Report Abuse

Incase a caller misbehaves, please report to us on 9969295759, we shall warn/block the user from making further calls.

7)      Donate by Paying the LEBTOP phone bill online.

As we use a TOLL FREE number to connect different people, we need to pay the call costs. You can help us by paying our phone bills online.
We will let you know the process later ( Presently we can afford it from our pockets! :) )
